Inclusive job growth requires entrepreneurship to be closely linked to rural innovation and livelihoods. Small farmers, tribals and artisans who constitute India’s excluded millions need an empathetic environment and an ecosystem. We believe that rural, social and collective enterprises require both active mentorship and networking appropriate to their entrepreneurial journey and contextual and customized solutions. Incubators need to root empathy and co-create with partners, including other incubators, rather than compete, to drive social change.
