Prof. Sridhar Vishwanath is an Assistant Professor at IRMA with 18 years of corporate experience in the agribusiness industry via Dabur, ITC, YES Bank, SCA Technologies, Technopak Advisors, Mondelez International (Cadbury) and Prabhat Dairy. He has worked in leadership roles at global and national levels in Supply Management, B2B Sales and Business Consulting in Food and Agribusiness sector. His educational qualifications are in Agribusiness Management (MANAGE, Hyderabad) & Agriculture Sciences (Institute of Agricultural Science, BHU). He has research interests in FPOs and dual-purpose organisations.

With over 12 years of experience in the rural development sector, Shubha khadke has worked with several civil society organisations like Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India), Aravali and Basix before joining ISEED as an incubation manager. She has a special interest in promoting rural and grassroots entrepreneurship along with their capacity building.

Bhavesh is a fellow at India Fellow, a social leadership programme (2015-16 batch) and an aspiring social entrepreneur. He has worked directly with several social enterprises during and post-fellowship and has a special interest in generating rural livelihoods through a social entrepreneurial way. Prof. Shambu Prasad founded ISEED and was the chair of ISEED till April 2020. He is a Professor of General Management – Strategy and Policy, at IRMA. He is a recipient of the Villgro-CSIE-IITM award in 2013 for academic contribution to social entrepreneurship and has also received the Oikos Best Case award in 2017 in the social entrepreneurship track for the case on Dharani Farmers’ Cooperative. Dr Shambu Prasad’s expertise and research straddle several interdisciplinary fields such as science and technology studies, rural livelihoods, ecosystem management, innovation management, and managing producer collectives apart from social entrepreneurship.
